GIS DAY 2010 in Hawaii

Field Day at Bishop Museum

For those of you on Oahu, please join us for a series of instructive and fun hands-on activities at the Museum.

In the morning (8:30am - 12:30pm), students will participate in various geospatial activities at several locations at the museum.

Later, in the afternoon (12:30pm - 3:30pm), students and the general public will have opportunities to talk to real GIS professionals from a variety of disciplines, and to hear "Real GIS Stories from Hawaii - How GIS Saved the Day!"  Seating is limited so we ask that you register in order to reserve your space.

Thank you to Dr. Jason Levy and his colleagues from academia and industry for their contributions and his students at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, University of Hawaii Hilo and University of Hawaii West Oahu for their time and effort on their research
