Geospatial Team Lead

Honolulu, Hawaii

The Baldwin Group, Inc. (TBG) seeks an exceptional individual to provide leadership,
 technical expertise, and strategic coordination to one of our skilled geospatial teams.
 The successful candidate will support our contract with the National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management
(OCRM) and Coastal Services Center (CSC) and will be located regionally, in Honolulu,
Hawaii, at NOAA’s Pacific Regional Services Center (PSC). The successful candidate
will serve as the Pacific Islands regional geospatial coordinator, providing leadership
to our existing geospatial team, assisting in the development and implementation of
regional activities, coordinating and providing technical assistance in the region,
and supporting GIS and remote sensing projects.

Remote Sensing Analyst - Honolulu, Hawaii

The Baldwin Group, Inc. (TBG) seeks a talented individual with experience in remote
sensing and geographic information systems (GIS). The successful candidate will support
our contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of
Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) and Coastal Services Center (CSC),
but will be located regionally, at the Pacific Regional Services Center (PSC) in Honolulu,
Hawaii. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing geospatial team,
assist in the development of regional geospatial data, provide technical assistance in
the region, and support GIS and remote sensing projects led out of the national office
in Charleston, South Carolina.

Programmer - Honolulu, Hawaii

The Baldwin Group, Inc. (TBG) seeks a talented programmer to join our software
development team who has a background in developing Web-based applications using
JavaScript and related technologies. This position will support our contract with the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office of Ocean and Coastal
Resource Management and Coastal Services Center.

The position is part of the Application and Data Services Program. This dynamic
team includes Web designers, database administrators, and application developers
who work with project teams to deliver inventive solutions that support the needs
of the nation's coastal resource managers. Projects cover topics like historical
hurricane tracks, tsunami awareness, ocean energy planning, geospatial data
access catalogs, and more.
