JOB SUMMARY:

This position is on the Pacific Islands Area (PIA) State Office Soils staff. 
The incumbent serves serves as the Geographical Information Specialist and Natural
 Resource Inventory Specialist for the PIA and is responsible for providing technical
guidance and assistance in all aspects of programs to the field offices, area offices
and state office staff.  The duty station for the Geographer will be within the State of
Hawaii.  The official duty station will be determined upon selection.
