New versions of Hawaii Island and Oahu were released by the USGS in December 2011. The new versions contain updates to GNIS names and IDs.

The datasets are available for download in geographic coordinates at the National Hydrography Dataset’s Pre-Staged Subregions ftp site:

Reprojected datasets in UTMzone 4N are available from the Hawaii State GIS Program web site (http://hawaii.gov/dbedt/gis).
